1. Who we are

Azlan Corporation ("Azlan", "we", "us") operates azlan.net. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact form submissions — the name, email address, company and message you send us. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person; Cloudflare's processing of that check is described in its own privacy policy.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, recorded automatically by our web server. We analyze them with AWStats on our own systems and monitor them through Datadog. No cookies are involved.
  • Aggregate traffic measurement — Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and load times without cookies, fingerprinting or per-visitor tracking.

The site sets no cookies of its own. See the Cookie Notice for the one cookie Cloudflare may set and what the site keeps in your browser's local storage.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for
  • To understand aggregate site traffic and improve the site
  • To keep the site secure and to comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data passes through service providers only as needed to run the site and answer you: Cloudflare (content delivery, security and the Turnstile check), Mailgun (delivery of contact-form email to us) and Datadog (monitoring of server logs). The contents of your message are not logged; they go only to Mailgun and to us.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Write to us at or use the contact form.

7. International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
